1. Description of Services

The ENVISION PATH provides school relocation and school-search assistance services to families relocating to, or residing within, the Emirate of Dubai.

Our services may include:

  • Researching and shortlisting schools based on the family’s needs and preferences.
  • Providing general information about school curricula and admission procedures.
  • Checking school availability and timelines.
  • Coordinating school tours and introductions.
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of admission documentation, as per the selected package.

Important: The ENVISION PATH operates solely as an independent relocation and advisory service. It does not provide academic consulting, educational instruction, or tutoring, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding school admission outcomes, which remain solely at the discretion of each school.


2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Services are provided on a package basis, as detailed in the attached Package Schedule or within the pricing proposal accepted by the Client. Each package specifies the number of schools, the level of support, and the total fee.
  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable once services commence, including in the event that:
    • a school declines the student’s application; or
    • the Client alters their relocation plans, withdraws, or otherwise elects not to proceed with the services.
  • The ENVISION PATH’s obligations shall be considered fulfilled upon completion of the services set forth in the selected package (e.g., specified number of school recommendations or applications).
  • At the ENVISION PATH’s sole discretion, unused portions of a service package may be deferred, but no such deferral is guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information about the child and family circumstances.
  • Submit all requested documentation and respond promptly to communications.
  • Maintain respectful, cooperative communication throughout the process.
  • Acknowledge that the ENVISION PATH provides relocation and school search assistance only and does not offer educational or academic guidance.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

The ENVISION PATH collects and processes only the personal data reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.

This may include:

  • Parent/guardian’s name, contact details, and nationality.
  • Child’s name, age, nationality, and prior schooling information.
  • Application-related documentation (e.g., passport copy, school reports, recommendation letters).

Data is used exclusively for:

  • Coordinating with schools on behalf of the Client.
  • Organizing school tours and facilitating communication related to admissions.
  • Providing the selected school-search support services.

The ENVISION PATH does not sell, rent, or otherwise share Client data for any unrelated or marketing purpose.


5. Data Storage and Deletion

  • All Client data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Upon completion of services — defined as submission of the number of school applications included in the Client’s package — all personal documents and materials shared by the Client will be permanently deleted from ENVISION PATH systems.
  • Non-identifiable administrative records (e.g., invoices or general communications) may be retained for legal or bookkeeping purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Testimonials

Clients may voluntarily submit written testimonials describing their experience. By providing such feedback, the Client grants the ENVISION PATH the right to use the testimonial for marketing purposes, excluding any photos, videos, or identifying information about the child or family.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law:

  • The ENVISION PATH’s total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service package giving rise to the claim.
  • The ENVISION PATH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.
  • The ENVISION PATH is not responsible for any school’s decision, policies, or rejection of the student.

8. Client Acknowledgment

By engaging the ENVISION PATH, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The ENVISION PATH provides relocation and school-search services only, not educational consultancy or academic services.
  • All school admission decisions are made independently by each institution.
  • All fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
  • All submitted documents will be deleted after the completion of applications, as described above.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.


10. Force Majeure

The ENVISION PATH shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of government or regulation, labor disputes, public health emergencies, school closures, or disruptions to internet and communication services.


11. Signature and Confirmation

This Agreement may be executed:

  • In hard copy, with signed or scanned copies exchanged via email; or
  • In electronic format, through typed or digital signatures applied to a PDF or similar document.

Each signed copy shall be deemed an original and equally binding.

The Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.

By selecting “I agree” or a similar confirmation checkbox while submitting an online form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Such electronic acknowledgment shall constitute valid and binding acceptance, equivalent to a physical or digital signature.
